THE HOLDER of a ticket agrees and understands that there are known and unanticipated inherent risks, dangers and hazards in attending the attractions at Thunderbird Farms, LLC.  By attending the Boo Barn and Haunted Trails at Thunderbird Farms, LLC, Attendees voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless Thunderbird Farms LLC, Black Walnut Creek, LLC and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injury, harm, damage, death, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from attending the Boo Barn and haunted trails at Thunderbird Farms LLC.  There will be some tight and crawling areas that you need to be aware of.

You may be videotaped, photographed, and broadcast on our website and/or our social media platforms without compensation.  By entering our farm and haunts, you waive any injury or talent claims and accept these terms and conditions.
