THE HOLDER of a ticket agrees and understands that there are known and unanticipated inherent risks, dangers and hazards in attending the attractions at Thunderbird Farms, LLC. By attending the Boo Barn and Haunted Trails at Thunderbird Farms, LLC, Attendees voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and agree to release and hold harmless Thunderbird Farms LLC and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injury, harm, damage, death, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from attending the Boo Barn and haunted trails at Thunderbird Farms LLC. There will be some tight and crawling areas that you need to be aware of.
You may be videotaped, photographed, and broadcast on our website and/or our social media platforms without compensation. By entering our farm and haunts, you waive any injury or talent claims and accept these terms and conditions.
* RULES AND WARNINGS *
- ABSOLUTELY NO TOUCHING OF ACTORS AND PROPS ON THE PROPERTY
- VIOLATORS WILL BE ESCORTED OUT WITHOUT A REFUND
- NO WEAPONS, NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO LIGHTERS, NO RUNNING, NO VIDEOS OR PHOTOGRAPHY ARE ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE BARN
- CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE RECOMMENDED, PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITIONS SHOULD NOT ENTER, STROBE LIGHTS AND FOG SMOKE MACHINES IN USE
- CELL PHONES TO BE TURNED OFF WHILE INSIDE THE BARN
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE
- 12 YEARS AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
- ADMISSION IS FOR ONE TIME WALK THROUGH - IF YOU WANT TO DO HAUNT AGAIN, YOU MUST PAY FOR ANOTHER TICKET.
